Cleano CRM
Role-based CRM and payroll platform for multi-client agencies
An internal operations platform combining CRM, payroll, and project management for an agency running multiple concurrent clients.

Overview
Cleano CRM is an internal operations platform built for an agency that needed one system to run client relationships, payroll, and day-to-day project work, instead of three disconnected tools.
Problem
The team was managing clients, assets, payroll, and social content calendars across spreadsheets and point tools. Nothing was role-aware, so junior staff could see data meant for managers, with no audit trail for who changed what.
Solution
I built a single Laravel and React application with role-based access at its core, so every dashboard, module, and action respects what that user is actually allowed to see and do. On top of that sits a payroll module, an asset tracker, a social content calendar, and multi-client project management, all sharing the same access rules and the same data.
Challenges
Getting the permission model right early mattered more than any single feature — retrofitting role-based access afterward would have meant rewriting most of the application. I designed the access layer first, then built every module against it.
Results
The agency replaced three disconnected tools with one system, with every user seeing exactly what their role permits and a full audit trail of activity across the platform.
Features
Role-Based Access Control
Granular permissions so dashboards and actions adapt to each user's role, from junior staff to admin.

Handles salary structures and payroll runs inside the same system as the rest of operations.
User Activity Logs
Every meaningful action is logged for security and accountability.
Multi-Client Project Management
Tracks work across multiple concurrent clients without mixing up data or permissions.
Customizable Dashboards
Each role sees a dashboard built around what they actually need to act on.
