This site itself — a full-stack personal portfolio with a custom-built admin CMS, covering both software projects and digital art/photography.
Overview
A personal portfolio site built from scratch, with its own admin CMS for managing every piece of content — projects, artwork, blog posts, experience, and site settings — without touching code.
Problem
Most portfolio sites are static and need a code change for every update. I wanted a site I could update myself — new projects, new art, new blog posts — directly through an admin panel, without redeploying.
Solution
Built the public site in Next.js (App Router) with a parallel Admin dashboard, both backed by a single Express + Firestore API. Media uploads go through ImageKit for optimized delivery. The whole thing covers authentication, role-based admin access, SEO metadata, a PWA manifest, and a design system that adapts between light and dark themes.
